Dispatch
We tin and pack in small batches, so your matcha leaves us fresh. Orders placed before [e.g. 2pm] on a working day are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes set by your country — these are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not from ordering.
Tracking your order
Every parcel ships tracked. Use the link in your dispatch email, or reply to it and we'll check for you. If tracking hasn't moved for more than [e.g. 5 working days], get in touch — we'll chase the courier so you don't have to.
Returns — the 14-day guarantee
If anything arrives less than perfect, or you've simply changed your mind, email help@aunt-tea.xyz within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
A couple of food-safety notes:
- Unopened tins can be returned for any reason within 14 days — we'll refund you once they're back with us.
- Opened tins can't be resold (matcha is a fresh food product), so we can't accept change-of-mind returns on them. But if the matcha itself is faulty, dull or damaged, we'll replace or refund it regardless — a photo usually does the trick, no need to post anything back.
- Damaged in transit? Send us a photo of the parcel and tin within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement straight away.
How to start a return
- Email help@aunt-tea.xyz with your order number and what went wrong (or just "changed my mind" — that's fine too).
- We'll reply within one working day with the return address or a replacement plan.
- Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return (or approving the photo).
Return postage is on us if the item is faulty or we made a mistake; for change-of-mind returns, you cover the postage.
