1. Who we are

These terms apply to aunt-tea.xyz, run by [YOUR LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] (trading as "Aunt-Tea Matcha"), registered at [REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS]. By ordering from us, you agree to these terms — so here they are in plain language.

2. Using the site

You may browse, shop and share our content for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse the site — no scraping, no attempting to break things, no impersonating other customers. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site at any time.

3. Products & pricing

• Prices are shown in Thai baht (฿) and [include / exclude] applicable taxes. Delivery costs are added at checkout — see Shipping & Returns.
• Matcha is an agricultural product: colour and taste vary slightly between harvests. Product photos are illustrative.
• We work in small batches, so items can sell out. If something you ordered is unavailable, we'll refund it promptly.
• If we spot an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full before dispatch.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we email you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order (for example, suspected fraud or stock issues) — if so, you won't be charged, or you'll be refunded in full. You're responsible for giving us an accurate shipping address.

5. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions deliver on a recurring cycle you choose, billed to your saved payment method before each dispatch.
• Subscription discounts scale with how much you drink, up to 15% off the one-off price. The discount applies while the subscription is active.
• You can skip, pause or cancel any time from your account or by emailing help@aunt-tea.xyz, up to [e.g. 48 hours] before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't affect orders already dispatched.
• We'll give you reasonable notice by email before any change to subscription pricing.

6. Voucher codes

Welcome vouchers (like your first-tin discount) are one per customer, can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined with other codes unless we say otherwise, and may have an expiry date. We may withdraw promotional codes that are leaked, generated or abused.

8. Food information

Our matcha is pure ground green tea and naturally contains caffeine. Store as directed on the tin. Nothing on this site is medical advice; if you're pregnant, caffeine-sensitive or have a medical condition, check with a professional about your caffeine intake.

9. Our content

The Aunt-Tea name, logo, photography and words are ours (or licensed to us). You're welcome to share them with credit; please don't use them commercially without asking first.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law says it can't — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for defective products. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes belong to the courts of [JURISDICTION] — though we'd much rather sort things out over email first: hello@aunt-tea.xyz.
